How are guides verified?
Every guide must submit their official certifications (UIAGM, SERNATUR, ACMG, WFR or equivalent) plus references and experience history. Our guide relations team reviews each application personally.
Are the prices on the platform final?
Prices shown are not always final. For custom requirements or itineraries they may vary.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policies are set by each guide and displayed on their profile. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for any adventure experience.
What languages do guides speak?
Most guides on our platform speak Spanish and English. Several also speak German, French, and Portuguese. Each guide's languages are listed on their profile.
